¡Sí, cómo no!

¡Sí, cómo no! - is used a lot in Latin America, it means:

Why not! Of course! Sure!

In Spain, this expression is not used. One would say:

¡Claro! = Of course!

¡Claro que no! = Of course not!

Some other ways of saying "Of course!":

¡desde luego!

¡por supuesto!
